| Tai
Chi with Sue Keady
Slow
down and ease the stress in your life by learning the beautiful
art of Tai Chi and Qi Kung. The weekly class is suitable for
all ages and abilities and includes gentle warm up exercises,
strengthening Qi Kung breathing exercises and the flowing
movements of the Tai Chi form. Tai Chi helps us to get back
in touch with the inner feelings of calmness and relaxation.
This natural way of being seems to have been forgotten in
our busy lives. Some meditation techniques are also taught
to further calm the mind and soothe the emotions.
Sue is
an experienced facilitator available to run talks/workshops.
If your group would like a day of Tai Chi/relaxation/meditation
please contact her at the clinic.
