Prices vary depending on which treatment you need, the best way to obtain an estimate is to either contact the specialist directly or come to the Clinic.
Can I speak by telephone during the treatments?
Mobile Phones and other electronic devices are advised to be silenced while in the clinic, and please no telephone conversations inside.
How old do I have to be for treatments?
To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and other guests, please refrain from bringing children.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes, walk ins are welcome and will be addressed on a first come first serve basis.
Can I pay with cash?
We accept cash, Visa, and our Gift Certificates. Payment is due in full at time of service.
A credit card or gift card will be required when scheduling your services. Gratuities are at your discretion and are graciously accepted by our talented team of professionals.
Is there any refund policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you decide that a product is not right for you, you may return the un-used portion within 10 days of original purchase to exchange for another product. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only.
What do I do if I need to cancel an appointment?
In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment you must call the Clinic during business hours (9am-5pm) or contact your therapist directly. Please note that all messages left after 5PM will not be checked until the following day. All deposits are non-refundable.
Do I need prior consultation?
Prior to each service your service provider will work with you through an in-depth consultation. At this time, they will make an assessment to determine the best possible treatments and products to use during your experience. They will make product recommendations to help you maintain your look and feel.
